As an exhibitor, you will receive a heightened level of personalized support before, during and after the show when you order internet, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication services from New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
In advance of your event, our team will assist with navigating through the online ordering process and any questions you or your exhibitors have. During your event, our team will be stationed at a booth on the exhibit floor, ready to serve.
One of New Orleans’s most enticing attributes is its unique dining experiences and the Center lives up to that expectation, providing a wide range of culinary options to satisfy the most discerning customers. In addition to the customary service on the exhibit floor, several exclusive dining options are available, including the breathtakingly elegant Ma Maison.
Located in Lobby F, the UPS Store at the Convention Center is self-service or full-service, depending on the customer’s needs. Remote business centers can be set up at event registration areas. Hours are tailored to meet the needs of show managers and attendees. A wide range of supplies and services including shipping, high volume copying, faxing, badge chains, etc., are available.
A full range of utilities are available throughout the facility. Louisiana is a Right-to-Work state and our skilled team of electricians, carpenters and plumbers are professionally certified, with extensive training experience.

Exhibit Services Team
Our highly qualified and experienced production team offers a full slate of integrated services for all of your lighting, audio, video and rigging needs in-house or to support your selected contractor. The Center offers a full suite of HD video equipment for a variety of satellite broadcasts, presentations or recording formats and the trained personnel to design, capture and edit your program on-site. The New Orleans Theater offers a seating capacity of 4,000, and can be divided into three acoustically separate sections.
