The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center established the Tradeshows and Conferences department upon acquiring exclusive rights to The International Disaster Conference and Expo (now RES/CON NOLA). The Center’s acquisition of IDCE is similar to the European trade show model where the facility owns the show.
