Building Maint. -Building Mechanic III- Carpenter (New)

General Description: The Building Mechanic III (Carpenter) is responsible for all phases of building maintenance, repairing and remodeling of the New Orleans Morial Convention Center as they pertain to carpentry. This individual shall be required to monitor, repair and/or install building carpentry, door hardware and related work according to established industry guidelines, local codes and national codes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Technical school background in related field preferred. Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
